Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish construction, as well as installation of standards and specifications.
- Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications, as well as compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Supervise and train project team members as necessary.
- Oversee project efforts to assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.
- Investigate customer or public complaints, determine nature and extent of problem, and recommend remedial measures.
- Develop budgets, estimating labor, material, and construction costs.
- Ensure that construction work is on or ahead of schedule.
- Minimize material wastage by ordering the correct quality and quantity of items.
- Identify and resolve problems and issues from the job site.
- Schedule coordination meetings with the project manager and other concerned personnel.
- Ensure that construction works are done according to plans.
- Conduct joint inspection with the contractor for the purpose of validating quantities and quality of works for billing preparation purposes.
- Verify counter check correctness of the billings submitted by the contractors.
- Monitor and prepare monthly accomplishment reports of projects being handled.
- Submit report immediately to Construction Supervisor or Department Head, any problems that may arise in the implementation of the project so that necessary solutions and actions may be applied immediately to avoid possible large amount of additional expenses.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
- With horizontal construction experience
- Knows basic AutoCAD and quantity surveying.
- Proficient in quality focus, design, and analyzing information.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
