Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls.
- Receive and direct visitors and clients to the proper department or if needed, answer client directly when BDD Officer is not available.
- Handle general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and assistance of student ID application.
- Encode database, assessment forms, and evaluation forms in the system.
- Handle request for correspondences.
- Maintain office supply inventories.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least a Vocational, Bachelor's/College degree in any course/field.
- Preferably 2-4 years of experience specializing in Clerical Support, Administrative Support, or any equivalent field.
- Computer skills and knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
- Customer-service oriented.
May require working on Saturdays.
