Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

  • Delegate tasks and Service Request Tickets in accordance to priority, and availability of staff.
  • Assist in Overseeing the Project's Plans, Personnel, Time/Schedule, Execution and Completion.
  • Update the IT Manager with the projects; its status, completion, budgets and any problem that may arise.
  • Monitor that all project targets are met.
  • Keep up to date with new trends, practices, information, network which can become beneficial to the organization.
  • Supervise and administer IT infrastructure (Servers, Switches, Routers, appliances, Hardware and Software) including Computer Laboratories and Studio/Audio-Visual Laboratory.
  • Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks.
  • Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
  • Supervise the IT Assets monitoring and updating including but not limited to, Workstations, Monitors, Printers, Tablets, and all IT related equipment to make sure they are working properly and getting regular maintenance.
  • Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
  • Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
  • Perform periodic (every end of TriSem) performance check and capacity planning.
  • Attend to IT concerns of students, instructor and CIIT staffs in relation to the utilization of the IT infrastructure and services provided by the school.
  • Lead the regular file archival and purge as necessary.
  • Properly delegate tasks for purging purposes.
  • Recommend new technologies to the IT Manager.
  • Be available for emergencies and have an open line of communication 24/7.
  • Send EOD (end of day) reports to immediate IT Manager.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required skills: Windows Server Active Directory management, Linux Server Administration, CCNA or equivalentt, General troubleshooting of computer related issues
  • Required languages: English
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Tech Skills:

  • Networks (LAN and WAN) - CCNA/JNCA Preferred.
  • Firewalls/Appliances: pfSense, ClearOS
  • Wireless Technology: UniFi by Ubiquiti and Ruckus Wireless
  • Windows Server 2008 Active Directory
  • Linux (CentOS and Ubuntu), Windows Server, BSD and Mac OSX
  • Database: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MariaDB and etc.)
  • CCTV, PABX/VoIP and Biometrics
  • Laptop/Desktop Computer Troubleshooting: Windows and Mac OSX,

  • Personality shall be honest, dependable, highly analytical, resourceful, can work on his own with minimum supervision, non-linear, ability to think out of the box, has a can do attitude, adaptable to change and has the initiative to perform tasks.
