- Records and handles check and expense disbursements
- Handles cash disbursements and liquidations
- Tracks and reconciles daily bank statements and transactions
- Ensures proper filing of vouchers and uploads related supporting documents
- Prepares the cash flow projection and tuition fee computation of the institution
- Monitors the institutional budget and ensures that expenditures are within set limitations
- Assists in student concerns relating to tuition fees, new and existing finance policies and procedures, penalties, withdrawals, refunds and other similar transactions
- Compiles and organizes all corporate documents relating to the following entities: CIIT College of Arts and Technologym CIIT Senior High School, CIIT Trading, Dagondon-O Ventures (DOV)
- Provides documentary support for the processing of Local Government Unit permits
- Provides collections support during peak payment periods and when deemed necessary
- Provides payroll support and assistance to the Human Resources Department
Trình độ tối thiểu

Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, Business or other related courses
-
At least 2 - 3 years of experience in the different facets of Accounting and Finance such as but not limited to payables, receivables, disbursements, collections and financial analysis

Familiarity with local government regulatory policies and procedures is an advantage
-
Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)

Familiarity with the use of various Accounting Softwares is an advantage
-
Ability to work around new technological advancements is an advantage
-
Amenable to work on Saturdays
