- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Should have a Bachelor's degree in any courses
- With above-average communication skills in English.
- Should know the basics of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Can be assigned either at QC site or at McKinley Taguig site
- Should be a team player and be able to handle multi-tasking
- Should be willing to be assigned to any shift
- Should be willing to render overtime if needed
- Has good presentation skills
