Job Summary
The Junior Accountant will have a payroll accountant to assist them and will report directly to and work closely with, the President of the company. On completion of probation, it is anticipated that the successful candidate will assume the statutory role of Treasurer.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the books and records of the company, using QuickBooks online
- Ensuring adequate financial controls are in place
- Preparation of BIR and other Philippines regulatory returns
- Preparation of monthly management information pack including:
- Year to date P&L/forecast for the full year
- Cash flow report, including current cash position and forecast
- Aged debtor analysis
- Sales pipeline analysis
- Profit and Loss by project
- Preparation of draft financial statements
- Liaison with the company’s auditors
- Management of the company’s cash resources
- Credit control
Trình độ tối thiểu
- CPA with at least 3 years post qualification experience
- Experience in producing management reports, financial statements, and regulatory returns
- Advanced excel skill
- Strong preference for Quickbooks experience
