- Handles routine paper work involving government licenses.
- Assist the company's lawyers in preparing paper work for legal motions and investigations.
- Coordinates with Municipal, City and Provincial licenses/ permits (BPLO, Treasury office, Fire Permit & locational clearances)
- Filing, analyzing & organizing legal documents, licenses and permits.
- Familiar with Land registration authority procedures and performs real estate tax filings.
- Some working knowledge of the labor code and DOLE procedures.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of any course related to Law, Political Science, Criminology, Legal Management or equivalent work experience.
- Willing to be train & flexible and do field work.
- at least 1 (one) year relevant working experience in a similar work environment.
- Knows how to drive motorcycle with license.

- Willing to work in San Juan City, Metro Manila.
