Business Development Executive | Bicol Region  

Job Objective:

1. Leads agent acquisition in assigned territory through acquisition execution programs;
2. Manages overall agent in assigned territory through engagement programs and dynamic route coverage plan;

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Achieve territorial targets in agent acquisition, fund-in / TPV, transactions and quality agent count;
2. Daily adherence route coverage plan and acquisition execution programs;
3. Execellence in execution: Market Discipline
   • Agent Advocacy
     • Program Cascades and Updates
     • EDC Usage and Issues
     • Regular BDE and TD coverage
     • Agent Review
     • Competitive Awareness
   • Merchandising
     • Compliance to standard agent merchandise look
     • Maintains and replenishes dilapidated POSMs
   • Are Profiling
     • Correctly assess territory on priority agent acquisition
     • Identify untapped opportunities and maximize potential
     • Awareness of competito activities
4. Effectively relate with internal and external customers;
5. Resolve conflict with minimal intervention
6. Provide solutions even before the situation arises
7. Continuously and constantly develop projects specifically designed to assigned territory

• Must be a graduate of a 2 year / 4 year course of any field;
• Must possess a Driver's License with at least Restriction code # 1;
• Minimum of 2 years work experience in Sales;
• Overall familiarity with the assigned area;
• Willing and open to do fieldwork;
• Strong analytical and planning skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
