Accounts Payable Processor | Oracle R12 AP | Ortigas  

Job Duties:

• Does for entry and validation of AP invoices, assisting in issue resolution, ensuring data integrity, initiating and responding to vendor communication, and adhering to service level agreements.

• Processes, records, and verifies entry and payment of vendor invoices for goods and services on a timely basis. Invoice entry, capturing credit memos, prepayments, invoice plans and down payment requests.
• Assists with handling vendor inquires, payment issues, and resolution. Handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity.
• Works with company personnel to resolve service issues using sound business acumen and financial judgment in decision-making.
• Completes other ad hoc analysis, special projects, and duties as needed.
• Follows a variety of clearly defined procedures under general guidance from US based Shared Service Center.
• Ensures compliance to internal source-to-pay business rules and controls.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
• 3+ years recent experience doing high volume invoice entry into an ERP with 3-way match to POs/receipts in a manufacturing environment.
• Matches various types of Oracle POs including blanket POs with multiple releases, lines, or shipments required.
• Processes 10 key entry at 10,000 KPH with 99% accuracy and enter 75+ invoices in 3-way match process per day with 99% accuracy.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Oracle R12 AP experience required.

• Multi-lingual skills preferred. Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Strong understanding of hold resolution and the ability to independently and effectively resolve holds in a timely manner including performing holds and aging follow-up.
