Marketing Operations Lead  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze portfolio performance along key metrics.
  • Develop programs to boost sales based on key market trends.
• Develop and maintain competitive assessments for key portfolio offerings that can be utilized by sector operational terms.
• Solicit sector marketing operational input for market gaps, product issues, and competitive activity to aid funnel development and proactively fill gaps
• Launch sector-associated portfolio innovations / roll out programs within and across sectors as required as required throughout the market acceptance.
• Drive-sector-associated portfolio work and cross-sector portfolio work where impact touches all sectors in local country.
• Provide feedback to category / portfolio manager on corrective actions and articulating unmet needs.
• Manage SKU's of local Major Product group (MPG) platform in collaboration with Commercialization team - especially in the de-commercialization process.
• Support in prcing implementation and validation.
• Execute pricing guidelines.
  • Positioning by product as determined by Global/Regional Marketing / Portfolio team / Competitor's framework.
• Maintain and update price guidelines per responsible portfolio.
• Support development of innovation kits and launch plan.
• Create and lead the deployment of marketing literature such as product information sheet, safety data sheet, etc.
• Implement and initiate portfolio promotions / advertisements and other communication projects at local level.

• Experience in business-to-business marketing and sales, preferably towards Institutional and Laundry.
• Superior communication attributes.
• Systematic, analytical, and business data-driven mindset.
• Highly collaborative and ability to adapt to the dynamic pace of the markets
