Project Manager  

Overall:

• Manages projects simultaneously; drives results to ensure achievement of project objectives
• Provides overall directions, oversees planning and manages execution and deployment of several project teams
• Presents objectives, results, insights and recommendations for each project assignment

Detailed Tasks:

• Planning and Preparation
• Presents overall plan with project checklist, key milestones, budget and execution guidelines for every project to project teams
• Accurately estimates project costs and ensures that team’s implementation is well within budget
• Secures all necessary communication and training materials to ensure alignment with project objectives
• Manpower Management
• Finalizes briefing and training materials, reviews and approves deployment plan of personnel such as project coordinators, team leaders, production team, etc
• Oversees procurement of necessary documents (permits, clearances, etc) to ensure smooth deployment of personnel and project roll-out
• Checks and approves time sheets of deployed personnel for payroll purposes
• Maintains database of personnel performance for quick reference
• Logistics & Materials Management
• Oversees preparation and arrangement of budget and logistical requirements (such as vehicle, driver, public transportation budget, flights, accommodation, supplies and brand materials – stocks and merchandising materials)
• Oversees sourcing of materials from various suppliers and/or coordination with internal production team
• Reviews and approves sourcing and production of project materials
• Maintains database of various suppliers information for quick reference
• Activity Monitoring / Promo Execution:
• Oversees project roll-out and facilitates submission of timely updates/reports as required
• Regularly updates the Unit Head on the development and status of all on-going projects;
• Able to manage necessary deviations from plan, quickly come up with alternatives and present and seek approval from stakeholders;
• Regularly submits progress reports of the on-going activities with qualitative comments and analysis, insights, competitor reactions/activities and recommendations;
• Accomplishes Post Evaluation Reports for completed projects within 7 working days after completion of activity – which must include closing inventory report (if applicable) as well as budget completion and actualized costs.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications:

• Must possess a College/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing Management or equivalent
• With minimum 6 years of experience in Event Management; below-the-Line Marketing is a must
• Strong background in Project Planning and Management, Leading and Supervision of teams and Cross-functional Relations
• Highly-motivated & self-driven, results-oriented and has keen attention to details
• Willing to travel and implement local / provincial projects or international projects
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel and Power Point
• Experience in Graphics and Digital Marketing a plus
