.NET Developer  

The candidate will work closely with the rest of the development team and clients to ensure that all applications are implemented to high standards of quality and to ensure effective and consistent delivery. Specifically, the candidate will initially work on building .NET desktop applications, and ensure that all screens and controls adhere to approved designs and provide a good user experience.

Important:

• .NET Desktop Development (WinForms, WPF or UWP)
• Experience consuming APIs and Web Services
• Experience in implementing control libraries (Telerik, DevExpress, etc.)
• Experience in creating custom Windows Forms controls
• Experience in .NET (C#/VB) and relevant tools (i.e. Visual Studio)
• Good communicator, quick to perceive and elicit user requirements

Nice to Have:

• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience designing multi-threaded .NET applications
• Experience with on-screen drawing and Drawing tablets
• Knowledge in SQL (T-SQL preferably)
• Good eye for design and user experience
• Meticulous in ensuring design quality (font rendering, color profiles and calibrations, etc.)
• Experience with design tools (Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Experience Design, etc.)
• Familiarity with HTML5 (web storage, geolocation, canvas, etc.)
• Knowledge in CSS3 (LESS and SASS a plus)
• Experience in Responsive design and Cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with web/design libraries and frameworks (Bootstrap, Material, Zurb Foundation, etc.)
• Familiarity with front-end web frameworks (Angular, React, Knockout, etc.)
• Experience building Single Page Applications, familiarity with Progressive Web Apps a plus
