Software Engineer - C++  

• Spearhead meetings with the client team.
• Participate in weekly offshore leads meetings and meetings related to Continuous Improvement (CI) Deliver tasks using C and/or C++.
• Create and execute Unit Test plans.
• Review the deliverables of project team members.
• Assist junior team members and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the team on any major technical issues.
• Create automation tools that would aid the team in its day to day activities.
• Provide Functional Acceptance Test and User Acceptance Test Support.
• Generate project status reports and metrics. Provide mitigation plans for risks and contingency plans for issues.
• Develop and Conduct technical trainings for junior resources.
• Create workplans and monitor the completion of tasks of junior resources.

Additional Job Details:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Knows how to perform Requirement Analysis and develop design deliverables (High Level Design/Detailed Design documents)
• Required skill(s): C, C++, Makefiles, Object-Oriented programming, SQL Scripting, Multithreading, Socket Programming, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Also has knowledge in Microsoft Foundation Classes (MFC)
