Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
What You Mostly do :
- Responsible to check and validate incoming invoices are approved by the related department and/or C-Level.
- Review and validate each invoice has been completed with related supporting documentation as needed.
- Recalculate, validate with the agreements and change the total amount that should be paid on the document control.
- Coordinate with the Coding team if any dispute/incomplete supporting documentation related to the invoice occurred.
- Coordinate with tax division related to tax matters, e.g. WHT/VAT (if needed).
- Calculate the total amount that should be paid, input transaction in the system, prepare and attach the budget form and coordinate with Reviewer/Posting team for further posting process/complete invoices.
Trình độ tối thiểu
Who may have significant advantages for the role:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Management
- Experienced in Finance Accounting for 1-3 years, understand with Finance and Administration procedures
- Attention to detail in data entry, discipline, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Mature personality and able to communicate with various people background
- Knowledgeable in tax matter is a plus
- Available to join ASAP
