  • Research, as necessary to complement existing database information and to determine appropriate organizational hierarchy, titles, and names in major retail and eCommerce organizations.
  • He or she will make outbound calls to these organizations and navigate through the organization to the appropriate decision makers to create awareness of our products,
  • Gather information about customer needs and generate appointments.
  • Assume responsibility over a set of high profile corporate relationships from the outset and deliver excellent service
  • Achieve monthly revenue and margin targets through corporate sales
  • Proactively find new ways of growing the corporate client portfolio and build great relationships resulting in repeat purchases
  • Achieves the sales target.
  • Ensures proper maintenance of all existing accounts assigned.
  • Visits agreed number of clients (either existing or prospective). Attends to sales calls and fieldwork.
  • Does telemarketing and provides sales leads.
  • Prepares updated market competition report as well as sales and marketing plan for the target clients.
  • Prepares, reviews, and submits quotations to client depending on client’s requirements and secure confirmation of rates through a signed conforme.
  • Ensures completion of Credit Application Forms (CAF), if applicable.
  • Coordinates all client’s requirements to all concerned departments to ensure maintenance of client satisfaction level.
  • Monitors and manages claims arising from the client. Handles and resolves client’s complaints within agreed timelines.
  • Prepares budget for assigned accounts and makes quarterly budget adjustments. Reviews and analyzes gross profit of the newly opened accounts.
  • Prepares and submits on time weekly KPI Scorecard, Itinerary, and Sales Highlights, forecasts, and other marketing administrative work.
  • Replies to correspondence / memo within specified time.

Trình độ tối thiểu

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
  • Knowledgeable with the e-commerce market is a DEFINITE PLUS
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
