Accounts Payable Analyst  

The duties of the Accounts Payable Analyst are to own the AP invoice process by matching invoice spend to purchase orders, invoice coding, payment processing and resolving vendor inquiries in a timely manner. This role is also responsible for vendor onboarding and expense reimbursement processing and payment to employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Process daily AP invoices, including 2-way PO with the Company’s procurement and invoicing system (Coupa).
• Performs timely payments of vendor invoices, including payments in foreign currency across 5+ subsidiaries.
• Investigates and resolves vendor inquiries in a timely manner.
• Manage vendor profiles and records, such as onboarding new vendors and maintaining accurate AP records and files to ensure compliance with IRS rules.
• Assist with preparing annual 1099 reporting.
• Process employee expense reimbursements in accordance with Company reimbursement policy.
• Answer employee inquiries regarding expenses and payment status.
• Performs other duties as required to support the Accounting department.

• Willing to work US EST/PST hours
• 5+ years in an Accounts Payable role
• Coupa (PO, invoices, payments) experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP
• Associate’s degree or similar or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to understand issues, demonstrate resourcefulness and pro-actively resolve problems and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to research and resolve inquiries and respond in a timely manner.
• Solid organizational skills: task prioritization and effective time management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Strong attention to detail
• Mid- to advanced PC skills using, Word and Excel.
