Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- The Payroll Associate helps in ensuring that the daily operation of our Payroll Team is efficient, accurate, and delivered within agreed timelines and comply with company and government policies.
- Responsible in processing bi-monthly and/or monthly payroll activities for multiple clients of the company
- Ensure all staff members receive the correct amount of pay on time
- Processing of final pay and payslip generation
- Preparation and processing of both benefits and remittances (SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth, BIR) in compliance with the company and government policies
- Handles payroll-related issues and pro-actively initiates solutions
- Reviews and evaluates compliance to all tax-related transactions and process
- Analyzes reports to identify and locate sources of error
- Other tasks assigned by Management
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 2 years of college education
- At least 6 months working experience in Compensation and Benefits and/or processing Philippine payroll
- Above average comprehension and customer service skills
- Good communication and presentation skills as you will be handling payroll-related inquiries and issues, as well as present reports and updates to your supervisor on a regular basis
- Strong analytical and planning skills to ensure that payroll is processed timely and accurately
- Strong sense of accountability and urgency
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills as you are expected to be proactive and understand clients' requirements and issues.
