ROLE
Your new role is to develop and nurture prospective clients (prospects) from the beginning to the end of their buying cycle.
OPPORTUNITY
CLEAR is an Australian-focused, rapidly growing services business, where sales play an important part in our development and progress.
As CLEAR’s Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Build and maintain a network of potential clients
- Undertake cold outreach emails and phone calls to convert prospects to qualified prospects
- Create sales opportunities and educate potential clients on the company’s services portfolio
- Work closely with the Marketing team and senior management
- Be provided opportunities to improve skills and apply the best practices learned
PURPOSE
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Identify and research new prospective clients
- Create and develop new opportunities, adding prospects to the pipeline
- Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified prospects
- Drive and generate revenue by converting the prospects into actual clients
- Ensure the needs of the prospects will be addressed in line with the services the company provides
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and other parties within the organization
- Be a good team player and consistent in contributing to the attainment of team goals
- Perform other duties that the client and management may require.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES
- Excellent English communication skills for both written and verbal
- Sales and Marketing skills
- Good listening and presentation skills
- Able to follow instructions and work independently
- Good time management, organisational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to details
- Strong IT knowledge and confidence
- Proactive and demonstrate high levels of initiative
You should have:
- Insatiable hunger to learn and grow
- At least 1-3 years of sales experience
- Experience using different CRM systems – an advantage
- Previous exposure to Australian clients – an advantage
