Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Process Transfer of Stocks (TOS), Delivery Receipt (DR) and Sales Invoice (SI) timely and accurately.
- Coordinates with Sales Admin Coordinators-Reseller/Outright, Concession & Consignment regarding inventory allocation and priority clients and stores to ensure that stocks are maximized.
- Coordinates with Warehouse and Dispatching Department (WDD) in the scheduling of deliveries and in monitoring the number of trucks dispatched per day.
- Attends to inquiries, issues and concerns of clients and outlets with regards to TOS,DR and SI and coordinates with proper department/s to address the concern, if necessary.
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- A graduate of BS Accountancy, BSBA Financial Management, Accounting Technology, Management Accouting or any related allied courses.
- Minimun of 6 months experience is required.
- Must have a pleasing personality.
- Willing to extend working hours if necessary.
- Willing to work in Sauyo Novaliches QC near Mindanao Avenue.
