Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Monitors, reviews, and evaluates all personnel policies and practices of the organization, to ensure compliance with the company code of conduct and the Philippine Laws.
Advises managers, supervisors, and RNF's, of their rights and obligations in personnel matters, and employee evaluations.
Conducts investigations related to disciplinary matters involving employees.
Responds to employee complaints.
Provides advice and guidance regarding discipline, grievances, and leave guidlines of employees.
Coordinates and facilitates the grievance procedures.

Trình độ tối thiểu

Graduate of Business Management, Human Resource Management, Commerce, Psychology, Education/ Teaching/ Training, Public Administration, Laws, or any related course.
At least 2 years of working experience in employee discipline.
Strong analytical skills.
Able to do the following:
- Communicate in English and Filipino.
- Handle confidential cases.
Excellent writing skills.
