In-House Architect  

Clairmont is looking for an in-house architect to join our Projects and Licensing Team. The individual will be primarily responsible for developing conceptual designs and project briefs in accordance to business requirements and applicable codes for new residential and commercial property projects. In addition, the associate will be responsible for:

• Based on the conceptual design and project brief, ccordinating with the Architect and other designers on record for the creation of the "For Construction Plans";
• Compiling requirements needed to secure applicable permits;
• Compiling bids from suppliers and contractors, and generating the applicable POs;
• Monitoring construction to ensure the construction conforms to plan, in association with the construction manager and onsite Project and Licensing associate.

• Has project management skills and worked with a Real Estate Developmer/Owner
• Assertive and self-confident with the ability to make sound judgment and decisions under pressure.
• Result-oriented and has ability to meet deadlines and manage time properly.
