Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
The Branch Service Officer supervises the day-to-day operations of the branch including service delivery and compliance to regulations set by the bank and other regulatory agencies. He/She manages the over-all cash and lending operations of the branch. He/She reports to the Branch Operations Head.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Should have at least 1 year supervisory experience in cash and/or loan operations gained in a bank;
- Must be proficient in Windows-based programs such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint;
- Good leadership skills and willing to develop and train subordinates;
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills with proficiency in the local dialect.
