Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Direct report to General Manager
- Coordinate with internal team to develop new business plans that synergize with overall company plan for growth.
- Prepare proper financial analysis is done for every business plans proposed to the company.
- Prepare the business plans work plan for implementation and monitor the success of the business plans implementation.
- Manage the internal team to deliver business plans with high level of customer satisfaction as the priority.
- Initiate and build relationships with current and coming customers throughphone, marketing mailer campaigns, in-person contacts, presentations, and any other sales method.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
- Motivate the team to reach to deliver business requirements and achieve monthly set target.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduated with bachelor degree
- GPA 2.75 (scale of 4)
- Has experience in Business Development for 5 years in property or financial services industry.
- Extensive experience in insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Has strong ability in communicating, presenting and negotiating.
- A team player who has strong integrity, professional, and leadership values.
- Has eagerness to seek information about property business
- Demonstrate a strong conceptual thinking that has envision the Market
