Job Summary
Responsible in taking the lead in the strategy, development, delivery and management of Business Performance of the company’s Payments Products and Services based on business objectives and customer/market research.
Primary Responsibilities:
- (SPO) Overall Program Lead in the design, development and delivery of the project
- (SPO) Conduct Market, customer and competitive research to determine project/product’s profitability
- (SPO) Design and organize Project Charters and ensures management of the project and required activities are carried out within its scope and timetable
- (SPO) Secure budget and ensures efficiency in its application
- (SPO) Monitor and manage business performance including collaboration with internal teams to drive customer experience
- Monitors Product Development Lifecyle process to ensure that capabilities are delivered within agreed scope, budget and time.
- Analyzes customer behavior, and any available industry data to implement capabilities that will improve overall customer experience of the company’s products and services.
- Lead and document discussions with internal & external stakeholders in gathering requirements and validate the requirements in attaining the business goal & value.
- Development of long-term product roadmap for the Bayad Payments Team’s current products & solutions.
- Define user stories, identify acceptance criteria, and ability these vision and requirements to the delivery team.
- Partake in the testing of developed features to validate if the agreed product requirements are within expectations of the defined user story & acceptance criteria
- Continuous review & analysis of existing products if these meet the business goals & values.
- Lead new initiatives in product enhancements and improving user experience
- Participate in discussions with external partners, such as Vendors-Suppliers, Payment Providers, E-Wallets, etc.
- Develops in-depth knowledge about product development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and partners and industry trends.
- Creating a list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the over-all strategy and business objectives
- Continuous review & analysis of existing products if these meet the business goals & values.
- Lead new initiatives in product enhancements and improving user experience
- Participate in discussions with external partners, such as Vendors-Suppliers, Payment Providers, E-Wallets, etc.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in fintech / apps
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree preferably (Business/Information Management) and relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships with internal business partners and work well under tight timeline
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering and refinement in an agile product development
- Ability to thrive in an uncertain environment and adapt to change.
- Has a high sense of ownership, being able to take on the challenges while being able to maintain high levels of productivity with minimal supervision
- With high level of maturity understanding that the current knowledge and pace of technology can immediately change in an instant; has to be naturally inquisitive and interested in the changes that are happening in the payments space.
- Highly analytical with strong attention to details detect and identify pain points in the current system; as well as identify the root cause of the weakness.
- Must be proactive and take initiative
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Tagalog and English
- Flexible, Hard-working, Problem-solver, detailed and result oriented
