Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Melakukan pemetaan/perencanaan pemasangan/penetapan titik bangunan
- Mengawasi pekerjaan High Rise Building
- Melakukan pemeriksaan listrik, pipa ledeng, mekanik, dan sistem lain seperti peralatan, boiler, elevator, saluran gas dan minyak, dan sistem HVAC.
- Mengawasi pekerjaan konstruksi yang sedang berlangsung
- Memberikan pengawasan berkualitas.
- Memahami rencana dan spesifikasi.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Pria, maksimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1, Teknik Sipil/ Mekanik/ Elektro
- Jujur, cekatan, memiliki tanggung jawab & disiplin yang tinggi
- Dapat membuat laporan progress kerja dan time schedule
- Mempunyai pengalaman menjadi Senior/ Koordinator Bangunan High Rise minimal 3 tahun
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam maintenance untuk High Rise Building, Hotel, Publik Area & Perkantoran
- Mahir dalam penggunaan Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Dapat menangani beberapa proyek dengan tepat waktu, mutu & biaya
