Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Melakukan kontrol terhadap bawahan dalam penyelesaian setiap tugas baik yang tercantum dalam deskripsi pekerjaan maupun dalam instruksi harian
- Melakukan coaching, mentoring dan konseling kepada semua staf dibawahnya
- Memantau target kerja mingguan/bulanan untuk memastikan staf House keeping menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik
- Memastikan semua laporan/dokumen dari unit kerja House Keeping ke bagian lain diserahkan tepat waktu
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Pria / Wanita, D3/S1 Semua Jurusan;
- Usia max 35 Tahun;
- Pengalaman min 1 thn pada Perusahaan Cleaning Service/Housekeeping Perhotelan di level Supervisor/ Pengawas;
- Punya jiwa leadership yang baik
