Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Memilih supplier/kontraktor untuk memasok barang/pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan perusahaan
- Membuat PO dan SPK
- Memastikan semua form pemesanan barang yang masuk sudah diotorisasi oleh pihak yang berwenang di tiap bagian
- Melakukan pemesanan sesuai dengan form pemesanan barang yang masuk
- Memastikan semua pesanan dikirim oleh pamasok tepat waktu
- Memastikan semua pesanan sudah didistribusikan ke bagian terkait
- Memastikan pekerjaan oleh kontraktor sesuai dengan SPK
- Membuat laporan status pembelian barang 2 mingguan
