- Melakukan pemetaan/perencanaan pemasangan/penetapan titik kelistrikan
- Mengawasi pekerjaan Mechanical Electrical
- Melakukan pemeriksaan listrik, pipa ledeng, mekanik, dan sistem lain seperti peralatan, boiler, elevator, saluran gas dan minyak, dan sistem HVAC.
- Mengawasi pekerjaan konstruksi yang sedang berlangsung
- Memberikan pengawasan berkualitas.
- Memahami rencana dan spesifikasi.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Pria, 30 – 40 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1, Teknik Sipil/ Arsitek/ Elektro
- Jujur, cekatan, memiliki tanggung jawab & disiplin yang tinggi
- Dapat membuat laporan progress kerja dan time schedule
- Mempunyai pengalaman sebagai Pengawas Mechanical Electrical min 1 tahun
- Mengetahui sistem panel distribusi, panel ATS/AMF, genset, fire alarm
- Mengetahui wiring diagramm AC, sistem pendingin AC split & splitduct
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam maintenance high rise building, hotel, public area & perkantoran
