- Bertanggung jawab menyiapkan dokumentasi gambar kerja
- Bertanggung jawab desain bangunan atau fasilitas
- Bertanggung jawab kordinasi dengan tim QS untuk spek material di dalam RAB
- Bertanggung jawab kordinasi dengan tim Teknik (lapangan) untuk mengontrol kualitas
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Pria, Usia max 30 tahun, sehat jasmani dan rohani
- Pendidikan S1 Teknik Arsitektur dengan IPK 3.00
- Mampu membuat gambar arsitektural, melakukan kalkulasi dan simulasi
- Memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang prinsip dan teori arsitektural, standar teknik dan konstruksi (material bangunan) serta fisika bangunan
- Mampu mengoperasikan perangkat lunak teknik seperti, Google SketchUp, Autodesk AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator/CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, serta perangkat lunak yang mendukung CAD dan proses rendering
- Mahir dalam menggunakan MS Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel dan Ms PowerPoint)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentase yang baik
- Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim dan siap bekerja overtime
- Siap ditempatkan di MAKASSAR
