Menyiapkan perencanaan lahan spesifikasi serta estimasi biaya pada pengembangan lahan.
Menginspeksi proyek lanskap yang sedang dia garap, untuk memastikan bahwa spesifikasinya sesuai, mengevalusi kualitas bahan atau pekerjaan, atau memberikan saran pada klien atau personil konstruksi.
Memastikan tenggat waktu terpenuhi.
Mengawasi dan memeriksa pekerjaan di lokasi proyek.
