- Oversee the daily payment and settlement activities to include:
- Validation of customer instruction to ensure compliance with both internal and external policies
- Execution of transactions coursed through the core banking system
- Understanding of the SWIFT framework to ensure contingency in case of need for manual workaround
- Oversight on both inward and outward telegraphic transfer, fund transfer and reporting to Front Office
- Oversee loan and deposit administration activities to include new accounts, drawdown, rollover and preparation of daily fund movement.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of payment related transactions and timely resolution of any exception.
- Oversee the processing of monthly charges payable to service providers and clearing houses
- Support tests related to system enhancement
- Ensure strict monitoring and timely delivery of debit card to customers
- Handle reconciliation of debit cards in transit, held in branch and delivered to customers
- Facilitate destruction of cards held past the prescribed holding period
- Ensure proper management of bank data to include customers, partners and various channels
- Ensure adherence to operating procedures and agreed service standards
- Participate in other Operation functions as required by the Head of Operation
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor’s degree or higher,
- Relevant work experience of at least five year
- Understanding of bank policies and procedures particularly on payments, reconciliation, settlement, data management and reporting related activities is required to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
- Negotiation and decision-making skills to ensure proper engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication capabilities are also expected to maintain cohesive working environment.
