- Handles all concerns of the Human Resource department such as employee relations, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversees the analysis of records by the law or other departments in the company.
- Ensures compliance of employees using the company policies.
- Manage the recruitment and screening of applicants.
- Give directives in connecting the management to the employees in regards to their issues.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent
- At least 5 years managerial experience handling HR functions. BPO experience is a plus.
- Familiar with the Philippine Labor Standards
- Strong background in recruitment and selection an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work in Unionbank Plaza Bldg., Meralco Avenue, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City.
- Willing to work on shifting schedule (mostly night shift)
- At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
