Account Director  

Client Business and Strategy

• Demonstrates strategic thinking based on knowledge of the brand and the client’s business
• Directs account managers in preparing clear and actionable briefs and reports
• Partners with ACD/CD to ensure creative is on strategy and meets creative standards
• Operations
• Directs account managers in managing client’s day-to-day deliverables
• Leads internal and external meetings
• Nurtures a sound working relationship with internal cross-functional groups and third-party suppliers
• Oversees account managers in managing day-to-day operations (timelines, cost, ASC requirements. Etc.) while ensuring quality output across projects

Client Relationship / Management

• Builds and nurtures a sound working relationship with client counterparts
• Reads the client very well and proactively assesses the state of the relationship, keeping it healthy
• Presents work clearly and can engage in an intelligent discussion with the client
• Strategizes the creative sell and presents convincingly

Financial / Business

• Directs accounts teams in manhour and cost estimate management
• Spots revenue opportunities for the agency (organic and new business)
• Negotiates smartly with production suppliers and clients

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• First class organizational skills

• Experience of working as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
• Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
