CRM Copywriter  

As a copywriter on the Customer Relationship Management team,

• You’ll drive the creative messaging for our Growth lifecycle communications.
• You’ll focus on communications for passengers and drivers across all CRM channels, such as email, sms, push notifications, in-app messages.
• You’ll research and create communications to inform and improve user experiences, but more importantly to influence their behavior in order to achieve business goals.
• Concept and write award-winning creative in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Leverage research and insights to develop communications that meet our customers’ expectations and needs
• Work with CRM Manager to develop holistic customer journeys, high-level content strategy, and customer touch points, creating brand experiences that make customers love Beat
• Aggressively A/B test messaging and new channels
• Create content systems that scale internationally
• Work closely with visual designers and Marketing team
• Research and propose best practices and ideas

• Ecommerce/retail experience a plus
• Strong editing skills
• An excellent understanding of how design and copy work together
• Superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow up on tasks
• An ability to adapt to a new tone of voice, helping to define it and push it forward
• Team spirit with a sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude - self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
