Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Handles Maintenance / Repair of injection molding die.
- Ensures Quality Control and Quality Improvement (Troubleshooting).
- Takes care of Productivity Improvement activity and the reduction in cost.
- Participates with new product start-ups.
- Operates metal and plastic molding machines.
- Eliminates production of defective parts and products.
- Regulates molding temperature, volume , pressure, and time.
Trình độ tối thiểu
- 3 three years experience in molding machine, as well debugging machine, with experience in setting molding process parameter.
- Understand function theory and structure of electronic molding machine.
- Experience in setting molding process parameter, flexibly apply multi-section molding technology.
- Good at debugging when the product is out of shape and with wrong dimension.
- Understand process function and reasonable parameter of plastic material.
- Familiar with operating auxiliary equipments such as robot finger and dehumidification dryer.
- Work experience in Taiwanese or Japanese enterprise, familiar with electronic molding machine or Zhafir machine is preferred.
- Willing to learn, outgoing, genuine, practical work, outstanding motivation.
