To undertake duties as directed / requested by the Project Officer to support the
delivery and Implem
entation of distinct projects
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all partners.
- Present reports defining project progress problems and solutions.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Handle requests for information and data
- Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
- Minute taking
- Undertake any other duties as appropriate and within the post holders capabilities
- Will require to travel to meetings
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Ability to pay attention to detail

Central Visayas Network of NGOs
Coalition of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in the region composed of provincial CSO networks from the three provinces: Kaabag sa Sugbo ,Bohol Alliance of NGOs (BANGON) , Negros Oriental Network of NGOs and POs (NEGORNET). Affiliated with Caucus of Development NGO Networks (CODE-NGO), the largest coalition of social development organizations composed of 6 national networks & 6 regional networks with over 1,600 CSO members.
