Treasury Supervisor  

Monitors the company’s cash flow on a daily basis. Verifies figures and prepares financial forecasts. Entails handling all banking operating systems as well as managing the banking transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures the efficient management of company’s bank accounts
• Liquidity management for the organization
• Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, and spreadsheets
• Ensure the company’s banking operations
• Oversee funds are appropriately banked ensuring efficiency and returns
• Calculates the daily financial position of the company
• Verifies cash transactions
• Investigates and identifies possible resolution to correct the discrepancies
• Responsible for interest payments and debt analysis
• Provides relevant information, analysis and reports
• Manages the cash management system of the company and their payment mechanism
• Follows up on financial transactions and ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Review bills on a constant basis and assess the various payment activities and methods
• Maintains a day-to-day control over treasury transactions and authorization of bank payments
