Responsibilities:
This multi-disciplinary senior position will be responsible for managing all technical aspects of our relationship with our Operators, including integrations and enhancement projects.
Specifically the following:
- Manage integration projects from conception through launch by managing Operator and internal stakeholder expectations around the solution, timelines, issues, risks, migration strategy and go-live support.
- Review integration plans, integration reports, and test procedures.
- Write content for new policies, procedures, and services.
- Provide Operators with post-installation and integration support
Trình độ tối thiểu
- At least 5 years’ experience in a software support/development/QA on Linux and Windows platform
- Proficient in Chinese and English language
- Familiar with HTML, JavaScript and HTTP
- Experience with 3rd party integration, such as payment API
- Strong backend experience with Web Services, Rest API and Spring
- Familiar with System monitoring
- Familiarity and exposure with data-interchange development (XML / JSON / REST) and SQL is a GREAT plus
