Learning and Development Administrator  

• Assist in the design and development of learning initiatives
• Provides assistance in administering L&D administrative tasks
• Assist in managing the online platform modules and regularly update & monitor contents and database.
• Manage and maintain physical and digital L&D assets.

• 0-1 year of experience in the L&D field.
• Recent Graduates are very welcome to apply for this position.

Knowledge and Skills

• Excellent oral & written communication skills (English).
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact and/or collaborate with people across all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools (esp. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Forms).
• Digital Creativity Knowhow. Can produce materials using digital marketing/ editing/ authoring tools such as Canva, Cyberlink PowerDirector, Audacity, iSpring/ Articulate, etc.).

Qualities

• Willing to work full onsite (Makati Office)
• Willing to work late occasionally to cater attendees from different work shifts.
• Self-starter. Can work with minimal supervision.
• Fast Learner. Capable of learning and acquiring new skills in a short amount of time.
• High organization and multitasking skills. Can manage multiple projects.
