Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
Primary responsible for handling all client events, respond to requests (client and internal), make sure that all client events are handled within SLA.
- Engineers maintain ongoing communication within the team and externally,to keep all stakeholders aware of relevant, known issues and the steps being taken.
- Engineers uses several monitoring tools such as Pingdom, Zenoss,Zendesk, Pagerduty,Gmail, AWS Console.
- Event escalation to Tier2.
- Call and Chat support
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Graduate of IT, Computer Science or any related course.
- Able and willing to go to work on holidays and do night shifts.
- Can speak and write in Filipino and English.
- Must be capable of remote work. (Must have laptop or desktop to use with stable power/ISP)
