Miêu Tả Về Công Việc

Identify T&D needs of the company by studying organization plans and objectives and having discussion with the head of other directorates
-
Research/identify the training and development needs, design training materials, implement T&D plan, and monitor the implementation of employee development and training
-
Develop partnership proposal and T&Cs based on company's strategic for cooperation with T&D agencies, research potential T&D agencies, establish the partnership, develop the working timeline, and analyze the performance.

Conduct, monitor/assess the implementation of training and development, and write training and development report
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor degree in Human resources or any related field required
- Having 3-5 years of experience in Training & Development or People Development field and min. 2 years as trainer
- Excellent knowledge in creating & design moduls based on training need analysis
- Preferably having experience in change management
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
