In Cartenz, we strongly value reliability and transparency in cultivating our working environment. We’re seeking for high performing personnels who will be taking responsibilities to:
- Generate end to end VoIP solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining communication platform
- Continuously possess genuine support to our hosted and on-premise clients
- In Charge of implementing IP Telephony (VoIP) solutions
- Conduct analysis, prepare reports, and work on project implementation
- Diagnose and resolve technical convergence and related system problems
- Provide client training and end user training on implemented solutions
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Has graduated from respectable universities in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience with VoIP communications, preferably Asterisk
- Mastered troubleshooting and VoIP setup
- Solid understanding of system development by implementing and maintaining call center application
- Strong knowledge of telephony concepts
- Prior knowledge and experience with Linux system
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and problem solving abilities
