PH Registered Nurse  

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all the Subacute HMO (Health Maintenance) authorizations for residents of a Skilled Nursing Facility who are enrolled in a Managed Medicaid/Medicare Plan / Commercial Plan.
• Sends regular clinical updates for all payers and maintains legible documentation.
• Coordinate with Facilities to obtain necessary documentations.
• Strong clerical/administrative skills including personal computer skills (Cloud-based applications, MS Office, Adobe, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and sustain good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders - clinical and professional colleagues.

• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal Skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Cloud-based applications, MS Office, Adobe, etc.
• Has the ability to prepare reports and submit them on a given schedule
