• Identification of training and development needs and strategies for team members
• Technical impact assessment, governance and effort estimation for new project requirements
• Being Technical/Operational escalation contact
• Continual contribution to improvements to ways of working, tooling and processes
• Project status reporting, hours, costs, time to complete by project
• Other project status measurements as requested by management

Background and proven ability in the management of multiple projects and software development team members and having strong knowledge and experience with:

• ASP.net/G Suite Development
• Excel Add-in Development
• UI Development/UI Design
• C# and C++ Development
• Winforms and MFC
• Web Development
• Microsoft.net for GUI Development
• RDBMS Knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret existing code
• Ability to effectively work with leadership at US development locations
• Strong oral and written English communication skills
