Financial & Management Accountant  

The Person

• We are seeking a very smart, exceptionally organized, and business-minded Financial & Management Accountant.
• You should be willing to observe Sydney working hours on a work from home arrangement.
• You will be given great opportunities to jump start or further your career by providing accounting-related services to AU-based small and medium enterprises and/or working in projects to help them improve in terms of profit, cash flow, and business growth.
• The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering outstanding services to clients.
• You will be very smart and quick to learn.
• Familiarity or previous work with cloud-based accounting software is an advantage but not a necessary requirement.
• You can work independently but are also able to collaborate well with others in a team environment.
• You will have exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, be disciplined, be able to meet deadlines and service quality targets, be task focused, and a “Doer”.

• Senior-standing or graduate of Business Administration, Accountancy, and related degrees
• With suitable remote work set-up (internet allowance to be provided)
• Available for minimum of 20 hours/week
• Willing to observe Syd business hours
• Very good English comprehension, speaking, and writing skills
• Problem solving, time management, and organization capabilities
• Your ability to understand and communicate in oral and written English will be very good.
