Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Manage transmittal of information, dissemination of procedures and other documents to different divisions and/or departments;
- Classify and record official documentation;
- Implement and monitor Document Control processes, procedures, and specifications to ensure accurate records of all official documentation generated by the company;
- Accurately and constantly maintain all official documents, such as number, title, revision, status, etc.;
- Receive and send all documents to the concerned department/division, making appropriate database/log entries for tracking purposes;
- Expedite and track status of all documents reviewed internally by division/department in compliance with company procedures in the management of project documents, their metadata, and transfer;
- Provision of accurate and up-to-date document review, receipt and issue information to concerned divisions/departments;
- Filing, scanning, photocopying as needed;
- Comply with the company’s policies, rules and regulation and documented procedures;
- Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness and safety in their work area;
- Perform other work related task that may be assigned form time to time.
Trình độ tối thiểu

- At least graduate of Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or any other related courses
- Awareness in Manufacturing set up
- Experience is a plus
- Must be efficient and hardworking
