Industrial Engineer  

• Responsible in the computation of Machine Capacity Vs Sales Plan to determine machine with complete schedule, with a partial run, and machine with no schedule to balance and maximize full utilization of plant capacity
• Responsible in weekly creating and distributing of Master Production Scheduling Plan (MPSP) from Knitting to Finishing Sections;
• Responsible in daily monitoring of scheduled items for delivery per brand per stock no. per store;
• Monitor per brand daily status of production runs through actual rounds from Knitting to Finishing to ensure job orders are processed and meet each corresponding due dates;
• Coordinates with concern Production Department and Sales & Marketing Department regarding the status of weekly MPSP through toolbox meeting;
• Coordinates with the Project Improvement Team to propose an improvement in the operations based on the analysis (unprocessed/ delays/backlogs/concerns).

Others

• Responsible in queuing of order on the machine and update daily the machine counter; Responsible in the monitoring of Spare parts consumption to meet the set targets and be able to do advance requisition for usage;
• Control the issuance of spare parts;
• Provide daily work schedule and monitoring of output in Technical Design Group;
• Prepare necessary reports and participate in Management Review;
• Prepare reports for the brand and departmental monthly meeting;
• Comply with the company policies, rules and regulations and standard procedure established;
• Responsible for the orderliness, cleanliness, and safety in the work area; and
• Attend a meeting from time to time.
• Perform other work-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Must be a graduate of Industrial Engineering or other related courses
• Willing to do multi-tasking
• With experience in a Manufacturing, setting is a plus
• Willing to be assigned in Makati City
