Junior Project Manager

Duties:

• Work closely with the Senior Project Manager in the entire project lifecycle from Initiating to closing phase.
• Coordinate the projects, schedules and progress report to the Senior Project Manager
• Monitor Project Progress and report the result to the Senior Project Manager
• Analyze client requirements and conceptualize delivery, including interaction with client’s technical and management teams
• Assist the Senior Project Manager in the Project process design and implementation, including:
• Resources and workforce forecast
• Workforce management (resources allocation and balancing)
• Progress reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
• QA process outlining and execution
• Assist the Senior Project Manager in managing the production of multiple projects
• Assist the Senior Project Manager in Client engagement
• Assist in Employee engagement such as creating training programs or fun events for the employees

• 1+ years experience as a Project Manager on Tech, Agency, Gaming, Consulting or IT sectors
• Design thinking, ability to continuously break and design processes
• Completely hands-on
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and PMBOK.
• With a sense of project ownership.
