- Develop and Manage the business
- Coaches and mentors the training team.
- Strategizes and plans for effective resource utilization, process and alignment.
- Drives and tracks training process parameters critical to quality and process.
- Contributes to the development of the short and long term goals of the process, ensuring process Improvement & process compliance
- Drives process improvement and other quality tools in Health Care
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Bachelor's Degree in any course, but a Master's Degree is an advantage.
- 5-8 years working experience in Health Care Training and Development environment in a BPO set up.
- Experience in working from Multiple sites and mulitiple programs.
