Miêu Tả Về Công Việc
- Assists in the Accounting Officer in the performance of functions related to payables, inventory, sales audit and general accounting
- Ensures proper and timely recording of all accounting transactions
- Receives and processes all invoices, expense forms and request for payment
- Determines inventory variances and makes the corresponding adjustment to book balance
- Responsible for bookkeeping of branches' transactions
- Processes all client or miscellaneous payment as scheduled
Trình độ tối thiểu
- Must be a Graduate of BS Accountancy
- At least one (1) year experience in various aspects of accounting operations. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint) and Accounting software preferably Oracle
- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- Strong Organizational, Analytical, and Problem Solving skills
- Cooperative and Collaborative
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
